Job Description
Seso is seeking a Project Manager Support to join their team in Monterrey, Mexico. Seso is modernizing the back-office for farms, addressing the need for technology advancements in workforce management. The company has raised over $60M from Tier I investors and has been recognized with awards.

As a Project Manager Support, the individual will provide leverage to Project Managers by assisting with day-to-day tasks, primarily focusing on data entry, upload, and operational problem-solving.

Responsibilities include:
  • Data Entry / Data Gathering across multiple systems.
  • Data Quality Control / Data cleansing.
  • PM support in communication with clients and internal teams.
  • Weekly monitoring of project statuses.
  • Assist in the preparation of project presentations and status reports.
  • Continuous Improvement by identifying improvement opportunities and giving feedback to PMs.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support, or similar roles.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Medium proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable, or other data-related software.
  • Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
  • University degree preferred.
