Job Description
Seso is seeking a Project Manager Support to assist their Project Managers in ensuring a positive customer and worker experience throughout the visa processing cycle. Seso aims to modernize the back-office for farms, addressing the need for technology advancements in workforce management.
The Project Manager Support will provide leverage to PMs by assisting with daily tasks, primarily involving data entry, uploading, and operational problem-solving. This role requires fluency in both Spanish and English and offers the flexibility of being based remotely in Guatemala City or hybrid in Monterrey.
Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- 1+ years of experience in data entry, administrative support or similar roles in startups or other fast-paced environments.
- Exceptional organizational skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Medium proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable or other data related software.
- Strong ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
- Fluency in Spanish and English is required.
- University degree preferred.
