Sr Product Strategy & Operations Analyst

Job Description

Auctane is seeking a Senior Product Strategy & Operations Analyst to drive strategic initiatives and optimize product operations. This role involves cross-functional product management, Jira administration, and the adoption of the Product Team Operating System. The position is hybrid, requiring three days per week in the Austin, Texas office.Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage cross-functional strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain product roadmaps and execution plans.
• Support the evaluation and integration of product-related acquisitions.
• Administer and optimize Jira.
• Drive adoption of the Product Team Operating System.
• Implement process improvements.
• Act as program manager for key cross-functional initiatives.
• Lead training and adoption efforts for Jira and operational tools.
• Drive change management initiatives.

Requirements:

• 5-8 years of experience in product management, strategy, and operations.
• Strong cross-functional product management experience.
• Expertise in Jira administration and Agile methodologies.
• Experience managing product operations and process improvement.
• Highly analytical skills with experience in Excel, SQL, or BI tools.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven ability to manage change and execute at scale.
