Job Description
OpenTable is seeking a Director of Product Management to spearhead the Private Dining initiative. This role is crucial for conceptualizing, validating, and launching private dining options, enhancing the company's portfolio and driving business growth. The Director will adopt a GM mindset, sharing ownership of revenue goals and collaborating with cross-functional teams to bring these products to market. Role involves:
  • Crafting the strategy and defining a clear product vision.
  • Driving adoption, engagement, and monetization through new businesses.
  • Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of product managers.
  • Championing a customer-centric, data-driven approach.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in product management.
  • 6+ years in a people-management role leading product-managers.
  • Experience building consumer or marketplace products.
  • Experience defining and driving a GTM strategy.
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
