Ultima Genomics, a rapidly growing life sciences technology company, is seeking a highly motivated Business Administrative Associate I to join their Business Operations team. This is an onsite, full-time contracting position based in Fremont, CA.

Role Involves: - Managing company travel arrangements and associated reporting.
- Implementing the travel management system.
- Ordering, coordinating, and organizing office lunch, snacks, and office supplies.
- Managing company SWAG.
- Organizing company events.
- Monitoring the Company’s voice message system and greeting/escorting guests.
- Managing access cards and creating photo ID badges.
- Generating domestic shipping labels and managing incoming and outgoing mail and packages.
- Managing the maintenance of a neat and orderly office environment.
- Managing company Certificate of Insurance (COI) process.
- Assisting in managing the Company’s facilities and certain office/breakroom equipment.
- Assisting in managing company NDA process.
- Assisting in managing recruiting logistics.
- Handling other ad hoc tasks.
Requirements: - Associate degree.
- 1-2 years of office administrative experience is preferred.
- Proficiency in using computers, including Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to read and interpret documents.
- Regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
- Ability to lift/move/carry up to 25lbs.
