Director Global Partner Success

Job Description

Anaplan is seeking a Director, Global Partner Success to join their Channels & Alliances team. This role is pivotal in building, enabling, and scaling the partner ecosystem, focusing on Anaplan Apps, platform, and decision excellence framework. The Director will collaborate across various internal teams to equip partners with the necessary tools, resources, and strategies to market, sell, and implement Anaplan's Apps-led strategy.This role involves:

• Leading the execution of a comprehensive partner enablement strategy.
• Improving the partner delivery excellence program.
• Managing and empowering a team of Partner Success specialists.
• Defining and executing a joint operating model with internal teams.
• Developing and tracking key performance indicators.

Anaplan requires:

• A proven track record of building & scaling enablement programs in a high-growth Enterprise SaaS company.
• Experience in managing implementation projects.
• 10+ years of experience in high-growth SaaS companies.
• Deep understanding of SaaS and Enterprise Sales business model.
• Data-driven approach with a dedication to process improvement.
• Visionary leadership with a passion for creating partner value.
• 5+ years of management experience.
• 7+ years industry experience in partner management, solution engineering, delivery consulting, product management type roles
• Prior experience in a sales-driven organization working with large GSI’s, technology partners, and delivering to Fortune 500 clients
