Archer Aviation is seeking a Senior Accountant to join their team in San Jose, California. This role is crucial for ensuring the accuracy and compliance of financial processes. • Performing period-end close functions.
• Preparing journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Overseeing fixed asset accounting processes.
• Preparing monthly and quarterly journal entries for prepaids.
• Auditing and processing employee reimbursement claims.
• Supporting tax accruals, bank reconciliations, and intercompany transactions.
• Performing SOX controls and assisting with external audits.
• Providing support to cross-functional teams.

What you need:

• 5+ years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Excel and Google Suite.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent technical accounting skills with a detailed understanding of US GAAP.

What Archer offers:

• A base pay between $120,040 - $130,600.
