Job Description
Archer Aviation is seeking a Head of International Infrastructure to lead the deployment of vertiports across global markets. This role involves overseeing all aspects of international vertiport development, from initial network planning to site construction and electrification. The Head of International Infrastructure will report to the Chief Infrastructure Officer and will be responsible for strategic planning, executive-level reporting, and coordination with local stakeholders.Archer Aviation is looking for a dynamic and innovative leader who thrives in complex global environments and is passionate about building the future of urban air mobility.What this role involves:
  • Providing infrastructure support for international Launch Edition customers.
  • Leading and analyzing a portfolio of future vertiport transactions.
  • Managing the evolution of vertiport products across various international markets.
  • Managing the initial infrastructure required to support testing, certification, and initial commercial operations.
  • Creating a local ecosystem of infrastructure partners.
  • Creating executive-level reporting.
  • Facilitating and coordinating all phases of real estate deals.
  • Implementing and refining infrastructure processes.
  • Building and maintaining a network of industry experts.
Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience in real estate development, construction management, or facilities management in the aviation industry.
  • Ability to travel to various international markets.
  • Strong financial modeling skills.
  • Confidence in presenting to executive management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
  • Proficiency in schedule management tools, financial modeling software, and Google Workspace.
