Job Description

Wrike is seeking a CloudOps Team Lead to manage a team of system and network engineers in Prague. The Team Lead will provide technical guidance and mentorship, ensuring the team meets its objectives and supports Wrike's infrastructure.

Role involves:

  • Managing a team of system and network engineers.
  • Assuming technical lead and ownership of Wrike product and development infrastructures.
  • Liaising with other SysOps team leaders on strategy and projects.
  • Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members.
  • Helping teams optimize and automate tasks.
  • Guiding the team to meet objectives.

Requirements:

  • Experience leading a team.
  • Strong Linux fundamentals.
  • Network fundamentals (TCP/IP, routing).
  • Git version control system.
  • High personal responsibility and willingness to learn.
  • Experience with System Configuration Management tools (Ansible/Puppet/Salt, etc.).
  • Experience with CI/CD systems and tools (GitlabCI/Jenkins).
  • Cloud Technology experience (AWS or GCP).
