CloudOps Team Lead

Job Description

Wrike is seeking a CloudOps Team Lead to manage a team of system and network engineers. The successful candidate will provide technical guidance and mentorship, and help colleagues support the optimization and automation of everyday tasks. This role involves influencing decisions, mentoring, and upskilling the team, enabling partners with a reliable and effective infrastructure and Cloud-based solutions. This is a remote position open to residents of Estonia only.

• Managing a team of system and network engineers
• Assuming technical lead and ownership of Wrike product and development infrastructures
• Liaising with other SysOps team leaders on strategy, projects, and day-to-day management
• Providing technical guidance and mentorship to team members
• Helping teams to optimize and automate tasks
• Guiding the team to successfully meet their objectives

• Experience with leading a team
• Strong Linux fundamentals
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing
• Git version control system or other VCS
• High personal responsibility and willingness to grow and learn
