Job Description
Cobalt is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. This role is remote within the US. The Solutions Architect will provide technical expertise to the Sales and Customer Success teams, acting as a trusted advisor to prospects and customers. They will collaborate with Cobalt teams to help prospects and customers understand the benefits of the Cobalt platform.

What this role involves:
  • Being a knowledgeable resource on the Cobalt platform and integrations.
  • Building and maintaining demo environments and solution stories.
  • Meeting with prospects and customers to perform demos and address technical questions.
  • Collaborating with Sales and Customer Success teams for customer onboarding.
  • Identifying and suggesting process improvements.
  • Staying current with cybersecurity trends.

Requirements:
  • Honesty, integrity, and humility.
  • Passion for cybersecurity.
  • Understanding of cybersecurity, IT, compliance, and DevOps processes.
  • 2-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role (Sales Engineer, Customer Success Manager, etc.).
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Balance between technical knowledge, sales aptitude, and business acumen.
