Job Description
Innovaccer is seeking a Lead Data Ops to assist customers in exploring healthcare data and improving population health. This role involves creating customer-facing documentation, removing ambiguity, and converting tacit knowledge to implicit knowledge.
Responsibilities:
- Managing a region or multiple customers.
- Owning communication and status reporting.
- Managing portfolio estimates, asset projection, and cloud costs.
- Adding data insights and raising early warning signs.
- Collaborating with stakeholders and managing escalations.
- Thinking of new processes and improvements.
- Driving initiatives for target profit margins and CSAT scores.
- Prioritizing work with changing time-frames.
- Handling internal and external stakeholders.
- Owning team performance and providing feedback.
- Discussing performance and tracking Individual Development Plans.
Requirements:
- Experience in Advanced SQL & Unix.
- Strong Experience of ETL & Python support.
- Hands on Analytics Tools (Power BI or Tableau) knowledge.
- Good Healthcare knowledge.
- Fundamental ITIL Expertise.
- Support Processes (SLAs, OLAs, Product or application support.
- Project and Program management.
- Escalation & Team management.
- Problem solving mindset.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
