Generative AI Engineering Manager

Job Description

Nexxen is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead its Gen AI team in Tel Aviv. The successful candidate will lead a team focused on developing next-generation Conversational Agents for seamless integration across Nexxen's platforms. This role involves managing the team roadmap, fostering team building, and overseeing software project execution.

The Engineering Manager will collaborate with developers, product managers, and business operations to align goals and outcomes. They will lead the development of Conversational Agents from concept to deployment, explore advanced AI technologies, and integrate external APIs and services.

• Leading and mentoring a Gen AI team in developing conversational agents.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
• 8+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python.
• Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts.
• Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Excellent spoken and written English skills.
