Job Description
Cisco ThousandEyes is seeking a Senior Frontend Engineer to join their Traffic Insights team. This team is focused on extending visibility into cloud-native network infrastructure and traffic, providing richer insights for customers. The role is based in Netanya, Israel, and requires a hybrid work approach with two days per week in the office.
What This Role Involves:
- Developing state-of-the-art frontend user interfaces for SaaS applications.
- Contributing to ThousandEyes' mission to evolve beyond synthetics to include real user traffic data.
- Partnering with product and design teams to define behavior.
- Coordinating across several teams to align design, effort, and rollout.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Experience leading and implementing successful frontend projects.
- Expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
- Expertise with modern frontend frameworks/libraries (Vue or React).
- Proficiency in collaborating, communicating, and driving change across Product, Design, and Engineering organizations.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with micro-frontends.
- Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud technologies.
- Familiarity with REST API development in Java.
- Involvement with a design system and work with Figma.
- Work experience with Java and Spring Boot.
- Knowledge in networking infrastructure.
- Experience in Network management, visibility, and analytics systems.
