Junior Research Executive

Job Description

YouGov is seeking a talented and driven Junior Research Executive to join their collaborative team in Madrid. The Junior Research Executive will report to a research manager and will be responsible for servicing and maintaining new and existing clients. They will deliver a wide variety of research projects from start to finish and support senior staff in the delivery of highly complex projects. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to grow skills, work with industry experts, and make a real impact.Responsibilities:

• Assisting and managing projects from inception to delivery.
• Supporting the design, scripting, and testing of surveys.
• Managing fieldwork and correcting any problems.
• Working closely with the Survey Management team.
• Liaising effectively with internal teams.
• Assisting with data analysis and participating in client debriefs.
• Staying up to date on industry trends.

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of experience in the Market Research Industry or a similar role.
• A degree in a relevant field (social sciences, business, psychology, marketing, etc.).
• Ability to meet deadlines and manage time effectively.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in Spanish & English.
• A proactive mindset and confidence to take ownership of tasks.
• Excellent client focus and handling skills.
• A keen eye for detail and a natural curiosity.
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively.
