Job Description
YouGov is seeking a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to join their team in Madrid, Spain. This role is the first point of contact with potential customers and plays a key role in generating new business opportunities within the Spanish market. The SDR will focus on identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to help drive the sales pipeline. They will work closely with Account Executives and the Sales team to ensure smooth handoffs and contribute to the company’s overall growth goals.

Role Involves:
  • Conducting outbound prospecting through calls, emails, and social media.
  • Qualifying inbound leads and determining their readiness.
  • Researching target accounts and industries.
  • Setting appointments for Account Executives.
  • Maintaining accurate records in Salesforce.
  • Collaborating with marketing teams.
  • Continuously learning about YouGov's products/services and market trends.
  • Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly goals.
  • Reporting on sales activity and providing feedback.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in sales, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
  • Spanish native level & English proficiency level.
  • Familiarity with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) and sales tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.) a plus.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong research and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Previous knowledge in market research would be a great plus.
