Sojern is seeking a Sales Director to drive sales and manage a digital advertising business for Destinations, Attractions, and Airports accounts in the Pacific Northwest & Canada region. The Sales Director will define and lead the go-to-market strategy and/or support retention of Sojern’s existing client base while also developing and acquiring new clients across the region.
What this role involves:
Defining and leading go-to-market strategies to acquire and develop new strategic clients.
Developing, maintaining, and growing an individual and team book of business.
Creating and delivering persuasive presentations.
Collaborating cross-functionally with commercial sales, client success, and product teams.
Being the Subject Matter Expert on their region/vertical.
Meeting and exceeding aggressive sales targets.
Maintaining Salesforce CRM database.
Requirements:
5+ years of sales experience in digital and programmatic advertising and/or travel vertical sales.
Proficiency in standard business and sales software, including Salesforce, Gsuite, and Office products.
Ability to build sales plans and RFP responses.
A fundamental understanding of the programmatic ecosystem.
Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
Travel Required - 30-50%
