Job Description
Vaco is seeking a Senior Associate, Business Development to generate sales and increase revenue. The role involves establishing client relationships and collaborating with recruiters to fulfill job orders. The Senior Associate will work with business stakeholders to plan and deliver projects effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Establish and maintain target list developing client relationships.
- Conduct prospecting activities.
- Generate new job orders weekly.
- Manage new and open job orders from intake to fulfillment.
- Utilize Bullhorn to log all activity.
- Collaborate with teammates to cross-sell and/or fulfill open positions.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience within the IT staffing industry.
