Senior Software Engineer - Tenable One

Job Description

Tenable is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join their team in Tel Aviv, Israel, to work on the Tenable One platform. Tenable is the Exposure Management company, helping organizations understand and reduce cyber risk.He will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tenable's complex, scalable, and high-performance platform. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams, provide input on architectural design, and troubleshoot production issues.Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain the platform with a modular design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement technical solutions.
• Provide input on architectural design and participate in technical planning.
• Identify and troubleshoot production issues and implement effective fixes.
• Contribute to code reviews and technical discussions.

Requirements:

• BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
• 6+ years of experience in software engineering.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Kotlin, Java, C++, or Go.
• Experience with distributed systems, cloud-native architecture, and APIs.
• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage workload efficiently.
• Prior experience in a cybersecurity company is preferred.
