Job Description
Tenable is seeking a Senior Director of Product Management to lead its product team in Israel. The Senior Director will be responsible for developing and executing the product strategy, driving innovation, and leading a team of product managers to deliver high-quality products that meet customer needs. This role involves leading a wide product group, consisting of four product teams, and managing Team Leads directly. The Senior Director will also be responsible for hiring, training, and mentoring product managers.

- Leading, developing, and executing product roadmap and release planning that aligns with Tenable Cloud Security business objectives and sales targets, working collaboratively with all cross-functional teams.
- Defining, and communicating product strategy with executive management, product leadership, and other stakeholders
- Conducting market research to identify customer needs, competitive differentiator, product development, and innovation opportunities.
- Working closely with engineering to define quarterly plans and execute them, define and implement engineering processes that align with customer needs, and build a state-of-the-art Cloud Security product.
- Defining and measuring product KPIs to ensure products deliver value and meet customer needs.
- Collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to create compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with target customers and creates success.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful product strategies for B2B SaaS products.
- Strong leadership and mentorship skills, including prior experience in managing product managers
- Experience working in cyber security - Must
- Prior experience from a cloud security company- a huge plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Experience working in fast-growing startups- huge plus
- Experience working with large customers, and global sales and services teams
- Strong project management skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to articulate product vision and strategy to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to lead and inspire cross-functional teams and drive alignment towards shared goals.
