Ouihelp, a growing startup in the home care service sector, is seeking a dedicated Auxiliaire de vie (H/F) to provide essential support and companionship to elderly individuals in Compiègne. This role involves becoming a part of Ouihelp's team of over 2500 caregivers. The position is offered as a permanent contract (CDI) under a mandate status, with both part-time and full-time opportunities available. Ouihelp is committed to adapting missions to fit the caregiver's daily life, offering stable weekly schedules filled with the desired number of hours/days, without missions shorter than one hour.

The company emphasizes a supportive environment where caregivers are never alone. Auxiliaire de vie will be provided personalized onboarding, a dedicated contact person for questions, and innovative digital tools to simplify daily tasks and administrative procedures.

Requirements:

• A diploma or at least 3 years of experience in personal assistance, or 18 months of experience with Ouihelp's internal training.
