Jun Group is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join their team. The ideal candidate will be passionate about attracting top talent and learning about digital advertising. This role involves working closely with hiring managers and senior management, reporting to the Senior Director of Talent Acquisition.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and source qualified candidates through various channels.
- Utilize creative sourcing techniques to build a robust candidate pipeline.
- Develop a strong pipeline of candidates for essential roles.
- Create, organize, and manage candidate databases in the applicant tracking system.
- Lead candidate screening and coordinate interview schedules.
- Build and maintain partnerships with organizations in the industry.
- Promote diversity & inclusion initiatives and outreach efforts.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience.
- Experience in advertising or marketing.
- Experience in the advertising or ad technology industry is a plus.
- Experience collaborating with team members in various locations globally is a plus.
