Verkada is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to lead a team in the mid-market segment in Tampa, FL. Verkada is a leader in cloud-based B2B physical security, offering integrated product lines through a single platform. The ideal candidate will lead, coach, and motivate direct reports, ensuring individual and team quotas are met.
Responsibilities:
- Lead, coach, train, and motivate direct reports.
- Work cross-functionally to align prioritization & resources.
- Strategic problem solving and project management.
- Hire and develop a world-class team.
Requirements:
- 2-5 years in direct sales management experience.
- Team-player mentality and strong interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of reaching and exceeding goals.
- Knowledge of the full Sales cycle.
- Bachelor’s degree required.
