Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and efficient in processing and reconciling the full expense cycle.
What this role involves: - Processing payments accurately via various methods.
- Reconciling corporate credit card transactions.
- Processing vendor invoices and resolving discrepancies.
- Managing and organizing accounting records.
- Assisting with month-end close and year-end audit requests.
- Working on ad-hoc projects to improve the accounts payable function.
Requirements: - Post-secondary education in Accounting.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in full cycle accounts payable.
- Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new applications.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset.
- Experience with accounting systems; PBS Systems experience is an asset.
- Comfortable working 100% on-site in Downtown Toronto.
