Clutch, Canada's largest online used car retailer, is seeking an Accounts Payable Accountant to join their Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented and efficient in processing and reconciling the full expense cycle.
    What this role involves:
  • Processing payments accurately via various methods.
  • Reconciling corporate credit card transactions.
  • Processing vendor invoices and resolving discrepancies.
  • Managing and organizing accounting records.
  • Assisting with month-end close and year-end audit requests.
  • Working on ad-hoc projects to improve the accounts payable function.
    Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in Accounting.
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in full cycle accounts payable.
  • Proficiency in Excel and ability to learn new applications.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial and team-oriented mindset.
  • Experience with accounting systems; PBS Systems experience is an asset.
  • Comfortable working 100% on-site in Downtown Toronto.
