Clutch, Canada’s largest online used car retailer, is seeking a Retail Sales Representative to be the voice for an online car buying experience. This role is based in Mississauga, Ontario.

The Retail Sales Representative will manage inbound customer inquiries, conduct outbound outreach, and guide customers through the Clutch process. They will also take detailed notes and update customer information in the CRM system, inform customers about Clutch's products and services, and work closely with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience. The ideal candidate will communicate with enthusiasm and passion about what makes Clutch unique.

What this role involves:

• Managing inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and SMS.
• Conducting outbound outreach to prospective customers.
• Guiding customers through the Clutch car buying process.
• Taking detailed notes and updating customer information in the CRM system.
• Informing customers about Clutch's products and services.
• Collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Requirements:

• 2-3 years of customer service or sales experience.
• Passion for cars (a plus).
• Excitement about disrupting the car-buying industry.
• Self-starter attitude.
• Attention to detail and a high level of organization.
• Availability to work on weekends (Saturday or Sunday).
• A valid OMVIC license (or willingness to obtain one).
