Job Description
Cleo is seeking a Product Researcher to join their growing research team. The Product Researcher will partner closely with product, design, and data teams to shape the product roadmap with insights. This role involves end-to-end research, from shaping questions to driving actionable decisions.
The Product Researcher will be embedded in a product area and will use a mix of qualitative and quantitative methods to explore and evaluate user needs, concepts, and features.
What this role involves:
- Partnering with cross-functional teams to define learning goals and prioritize research needs.
- Owning and executing mixed-methods studies, including user interviews, concept tests, and surveys.
- Turning complex research findings into clear, product-relevant insights.
- Bringing structure to ambiguity and helping teams make confident decisions.
- Collaborating with data analysts and other researchers to triangulate insights.
Requirements:
- Proven experience conducting end-to-end user research in product environments.
- Strong product thinking and ability to align research to business goals.
- Experience contributing to product strategy through user understanding.
- Strong synthesis and storytelling skills.
- Ability to scope research to timelines and context.
- Familiarity with tools like Dovetail, Miro, Typeform, or Qualtrics.
- Experience working in cross-functional squads and product teams.
