Cleo is seeking a Product Engineer - Ruby to join their team. Cleo is a fast-growing fintech company focused on improving people's financial health. The Product Engineer will be part of a cross-functional product squad, collaborating with engineers, designers, and analysts to develop new features. The role involves working on a Ruby on Rails monolith, building data models, APIs, and business logic services.

What this role involves:

• Developing features to enhance users' financial health.
• Providing technical insight and leading the delivery of work.
• Mentoring colleagues and supporting their development.
• Building data models, APIs, and business logic services on the Ruby on Rails monolith.
• Using agile methodologies and tools for delivery.
• Contributing to cross-cutting concerns to improve engineering efforts.
• Participating in product ideation, user research, and design reviews.
