Growth Lead - Core

Job Description

Ava Labs is seeking a Growth Lead to drive the adoption and retention of Core across the Avalanche ecosystem. This role involves developing and executing growth strategies, fostering community engagement, and leading strategic ecosystem partnerships. The ideal candidate will be a crypto-native operator with a deep understanding of Web3 culture and a proven track record of growing products in the space.

Responsibilities:

• Own and scale Core’s growth strategy end-to-end.
• Translate user needs into actionable product insights.
• Work closely with marketing on go-to-market plans for new features.
• Lead strategic ecosystem partnerships.
• Design and deploy community-led growth loops.
• Stay connected to emerging narratives in the crypto space.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, and design teams.
• Measure KPIs and run A/B experiments.

Requirements:

• Crypto-native operator with a proven track record in Web3.
• Deeply embedded in the crypto culture.
• Power user of Web3 applications.
• Ability to turn narrative into distribution.
• Excellent communication and initiative-taking skills.
• Strategic thinker and tactical executor.
