Job Description
PhonePe Group is seeking an Operation Analyst for Securities Settlement in Bengaluru. PhonePe is India’s leading digital payments company. Role involves:
- Retail trade settlement of Capital Market and Derivative Market products.
- Pledger, Re-pledge, Unpledge & revoke of client securities.
- Daily controls and reconciliation functions for derivative & cash trades.
- Testing & implementation of changes in Backoffice system.
- Managing regulatory reporting requirements and Corporate Action handling.
- Handling client queries / audit queries / inspection queries.
- Ensuring timely task completion within market regulations and bank policies.
- Liaising with colleagues and other teams to resolve issues and drive system enhancements.
- Investigating exceptions and escalating urgent matters.
- Participating in projects involving new product rollout, system implementation, and process improvements.
Requirements:
- Well-versed with Retail trade settlement of Capital Market and Derivative Market products.
- Knowledge of Pledger, Re-pledge, Unpledge & revoke of client securities.
- Strong product knowledge and understanding of the transaction cycle for derivative products.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with time-critical deliveries.
- Team player and self-motivated to drive for excellence.
