Actabl is seeking a Senior Director of Account Management to lead and grow their renewals team. This role involves driving sustainable growth through existing accounts by executing renewal strategies, maximizing expansion opportunities, and deepening penetration within enterprise and mid-market accounts.
  • Leading a team of renewal representatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Implementing effective forecasting processes.
  • Developing strategies to maximize account expansion.
  • Building and growing a high-performing renewals team.
  • Providing coaching and mentorship.
  • Partnering with various departments to identify expansion opportunities.
  • Developing and refining renewal processes.
  • Driving strategic price increases and term extensions.
To be considered for this role, candidates should have:
  • 7+ years of experience in B2B SaaS sales, account management, or renewals.
  • 3+ years of experience leading and developing teams.
  • A demonstrated track record of achieving revenue growth targets.
  • Experience in implementing and optimizing renewal sales processes.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (preferably Salesforce).
Actabl offers:
  • A base salary range of $144,000 - $156,000.
  • Necessary equipment, including a laptop and monitor.
  • Flexibility in work location.
