Director of Technical Product Management

Beyond Finance is seeking a Director of Technical Product Management to build products that customers love. The Director will join a dynamic environment and work with cross-functional teams to design solutions that deliver value and help the company grow. They will report to the VP, Product Management.

What this role involves:

• Owning and evolving the product roadmap.
• Driving the full product lifecycle.
• Collaborating with Engineering and cross-functional teams.
• Collecting and analyzing feedback from customers and stakeholders.
• Leading product development ceremonies.
• Setting clear goals and managing scope.
• Analyzing product usage data and metrics.
• Leading, mentoring, and growing a team of technical product managers.

Requirements:

• 7+ years in product management, with 2+ years leading product managers.
• Experience building and managing high-performing product teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• A proven track record of owning complex products end-to-end.
• Passionate about delivering the best customer experience.
• Project management experience in agile environments.
• Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Strong technical fluency.
• Hands-on mindset.
