• Customer Management: Ensuring a seamless and high-quality experience for customers.
• Project Coordination/Support: Supporting Customer Program Management teams in task execution and workflow management.
• Case management: Managing a variety of manufacturing orders with multiple customers.
• Communication: Facilitating technical communication between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Collaboration: Supporting various cross-functional teams to satisfy customer requirements.
• Continuous Improvement: Identifying improvement areas and defining solutions to increase efficiency.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• One (1) - three (3) years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry.
• Excellent communication skills (written and verbal) in English.
• Strong time management, prioritization skills, and attention to detail.
• Self-starter mentality with a passion for learning.
