Job Description
Fictiv is seeking a Customer Project Specialist to join their team in Bengaluru, India. This role involves working directly with US-based customers to ensure a seamless and high-quality experience. The Customer Project Specialist will manage manufacturing orders, prioritize user requests, and communicate requirements to internal teams. They will also collaborate with sales and manufacturing operations to ensure successful delivery and advocate for the customer throughout the project lifecycle.

Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
  • Three (3) - six (6) years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, preferably in a client-facing role
  • Outstanding communications skills (both written and verbal)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English
  • Proven experience working directly with US-based customers and/or during US business hours is preferred
