Job Description
GitLab is seeking a Senior Professional Services Operations Analyst to join their Global Professional Services Operations team. This role is pivotal in driving operational excellence and innovation across the Professional Services organization. The Senior Analyst will be responsible for managing systems, designing processes, and leading change initiatives to enable scalable and efficient service delivery. They will work with colleagues who are passionate about delivering customer value through operational excellence and innovation. Role involves:
- Designing and implementing scalable operational processes.
- Overseeing PS technical infrastructure and system configurations.
- Identifying opportunities to automate manual processes and workflows.
- Leading change initiatives for operational improvements and system implementations.
- Partnering with PS leadership to align operational initiatives with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 7-10 years of experience in operations, process management, or similar roles.
- Strong background in professional services operations or consulting environments.
- Experience with PSA tools (e.g., Kantata, FinancialForce, OpenAir) and CRM systems.
- Excellent analytical skills and project management capabilities.
- Strong understanding of change management principles.
- Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or related field.
