Job Description
NextRoll is seeking a Director of Agency New Business Sales to lead and expand their agency sales team. The Director will establish NextRoll’s presence among prospective customers, drive the strategy for up-market acquisition in North America & EMEA, and target sustainable customers across mid-market to holding company agencies. This role involves driving sales strategy, improving sales tactics, and fostering a strong team dynamic. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a startup environment and identify growth opportunities within the industry.

Role Involves:
  • Leading, mentoring, and managing a high-performing New Business Sales team.
  • Cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at agencies.
  • Driving revenue and productivity through tactical plans.
  • Hiring, developing, and motivating team members.
  • Conducting regular business analyses to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborating with marketing and product teams to develop Go-To-Market strategies.

Requirements:
  • 10+ years of experience leading a sales team.
  • Experience selling programmatic advertising.
  • Strong existing relationships with agency partners.
  • Deep understanding of technology-based clients and platforms in digital advertising.
  • Proven track record in new business acquisition.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, innovative environment.
  • Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.
  • Experience acting as a liaison between customers and internal teams.
  • Eagerness to collaborate with AdRoll Product, Marketing, Channel Partnerships and Enablement teams.
