Job Description
Constructor TECH, a platform for education and research, is seeking a Chief of Staff to the CEO. This role is based in Singapore and involves acting as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing the CEO Office team, and driving efficiency across priorities. The Chief of Staff will represent the CEO in meetings, oversee team performance, and prepare materials for executive meetings. Constructor TECH has headquarters in Switzerland, and entities in Germany, Bulgaria, Serbia, Turkey, and Singapore.

Responsibilities:
  • Act as the CEO’s strategic partner, optimizing their time and driving efficiency across priorities.
  • Lead and manage the CEO Office team to ensure seamless daily operations and effective cross-functional coordination.
  • Design and execute operational plans for the CEO Office in alignment with company objectives.
  • Represent the CEO in selected meetings and projects.
  • Oversee performance and development within the CEO Office team.
  • Prepare high-quality materials for executive meetings.
  • Perform additional duties to support the CEO.

Requirements:
  • Higher degree required; PhD is a plus.
  • Strong technical background (mathematics, computer science, or software development).
  • Experience with the Higher Education sector will be a plus.
  • Experience in managing and leading teams.
  • Experience in a similar role, strategic consulting, or administrative functions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Proactive mindset and a fast learner.
  • Fluent in English, German will be a huge plus.
