Automation & Controls Technician

Job Description

Legend Biotech is seeking an Automation & Controls Technician to support their cell therapy manufacturing plant in Raritan, NJ. This role involves providing engineering support for building automation and controls systems, ensuring compliance with cGMP requirements.Responsibilities include:

• Implementing and maintaining tools, standards, policies, and procedures in compliance.
• Handling day-to-day activities for BAS, EMS, and other automation and controls systems.
• Conducting local system data performance monitoring and analysis.
• Executing against SOPs, including data backup and user administration.
• Implementing and maintaining network configuration for automation equipment.
• Providing training to end users and generating reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Engineering, Automation, IT, or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2 years as an automation and controls field service technician.
• Experience troubleshooting complex systems.
• Knowledge of Honeywell and Siemens BAS software and hardware.
• Expertise in GMP compliance and data integrity standards.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
