Job Description

Critical Mass is seeking a Technology Director to lead Marketing Technology (MarTech) initiatives across EMEA. The Technology Director will be a client-facing leader, engaging directly with clients through pitches, workshops, and ongoing strategic meetings. This role requires a blend of hands-on technical expertise, strategic thinking, and exceptional client service skills to ensure the successful delivery of MarTech solutions. The Technology Director will work closely with Strategy, Creative, Marketing Science, Media, and Production teams to help clients leverage technology for personalized, cross-channel customer experiences.

Role involves:

  • Driving MarTech strategies aligned with client business goals.
  • Leading client engagements, including pitches and workshops.
  • Developing technical content and presentations.
  • Mentoring and developing team members.
  • Supporting new business efforts with technical insights.

Requirements:

  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms.
  • Strong understanding of MarTech platforms and data solutions.
  • Proven ability to translate technical concepts into clear content.
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM), Sitecore, Drupal, WordPress, Adobe Commerce (Magneto), Salesforce, Shopify, Vercel, and React.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead client engagements.
  • Experience mentoring and leading teams.
