Job Description
Cresco Labs is seeking a Cultivation Agent for their facility in Uxbridge, MA. This role involves on-site cultivation for medical cannabis gardens, ensuring plant health, and maintaining quality control. The Cultivation Agent will work Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 3:30pm.
Role involves:
- Ensuring plant health through pruning, topping, and trimming.
- Moving plants between cultivation areas.
- Transplanting plants.
- Harvesting and bucking plants.
- Maintaining cleanliness of the cultivation facility and equipment.
- Assisting with plant tracking and documentation.
Requirements:
- Experience in general production, preferably in a regulated field.
- Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task.
- Ability to work in varying indoor and greenhouse climates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
