Job Description

Aerospike is seeking a technically proficient Solutions Architect to support the sales of its real-time data platform. The Solutions Architect will leverage their extensive knowledge of Aerospike's product features and the broader technology ecosystem to assist in closing sales engagements, ensuring the solutions align with client needs.This role involves:

• Maintaining deep knowledge of product features, functions, and processes.
• Architecting tailored solutions for customers.
• Communicating solutions clearly to customers.
• Collaborating with sales and other teams to progress deals.
• Performing proof-of-concepts to demonstrate Aerospike's capabilities.
• Presenting technical solutions to various stakeholders, including C-level executives.
• Evangelizing Aerospike at events and meetups.
• Identifying areas for improvement and communicating them to management.

Requirements include:

• Excellent presentation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• 7+ years of experience in database technology (NoSQL, Relational, Distributed, MPP).
• Strong coding skills in at least one language (Java, C/C++, Python, Go, etc.).
• Strong skills in Docker and Kubernetes.
• Linux experience.
• Deep expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, GCP, Azure).
