Service Technician - Jeddah

Job Description

Lucid Motors is seeking a skilled Auto Technician to perform repair services and other mechanical work in their Jeddah center. The Auto Technician will play a crucial role in achieving targets related to customer satisfaction and service sales, all while adhering to the company's mission, vision, and values. This role involves working under the supervision of the Chief Technician to ensure repairs are completed accurately, within the promised timeframe, and at the estimated cost.Responsibilities:

• Perform repairs as per customer requests.
• Conduct preliminary vehicle inspections.
• Participate in resolving technical problems.
• Execute after-sales responsibilities.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through quality service.
• Coordinate with the Job Controller for data accuracy.
• Stay updated on technical information and service bulletins.
• Support marketing campaigns and Kaizen activities.
• Properly use service facilities, tools, and equipment.
• Execute activities according to standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Knowledge in Automotive and mechanical repairs and maintenance services preferably with certification.
• Adept in troubleshooting and diagnostic tests for cars.
• Limited knowledge of the structure and content of the English language.
