Job Description
JD Sports Fashion, a leading multi-channel retailer of sports and outdoor fashion, is seeking a Supervisor for their store in Verona, Italy. The Supervisor will report directly to the Store Manager and support the Management Team in enhancing customer service and maintaining company standards.
Role involves:
- Opening and closing the store, including merchandise arrangement and briefings.
- Monitoring profitability through KPIs.
- Providing exemplary customer service and handling customer complaints.
- Ensuring the store's visual merchandising standards are met.
- Managing stock rotation and product density.
- Participating in loss prevention and stock control.
- Managing the cash register and handling returns and refunds.
- Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in structured retail environments.
- Good knowledge of English.
- Leadership and strong communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
