C6 Bank is seeking a Business Specialist to join their Insurance area in São Paulo. The Insurance area plays a crucial role in the implementation and maintenance of products within C6 Bank, supporting sales channels and actively collaborating in the product lifecycle.This role involves leading a team, conducting commercial interface with insurance companies, supporting the implementation and maintenance of insurance products, monitoring product performance, ensuring regulatory compliance, and managing operational flows.Responsibilities:

• Leading the team, promoting technical and behavioral development.
• Conducting commercial interface with insurance companies.
• Supporting the implementation and maintenance of insurance products.
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of insurance products.
• Maintaining products in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Accompanying claims and communication between insurers and bank areas.
• Maintaining operational flows of service and claims.
• Promoting insurance training to service structures and sales channels.
• Participating in operational agendas between partners and C6.
• Creating materials for training, reports, and committees.
• Creating materials for controlling results of operations, sales, and revenues.

Requirements:

• Experience with people management.
• Consolidated experience with Insurance.
• Advanced knowledge of the Office Package.
• Knowledge in Power BI is considered a differential.
• Availability to work in person in the central region of São Paulo.
