Product Manager I

Job Description

Tekion is seeking a Product Manager I to drive the product roadmap for GTM tools. The Product Manager will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and prioritize product requirements, lead the product lifecycle from ideation to execution, and optimize workflows between GTM tools. The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of overall work experience, including at least 2+ years in a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant role within Salesforce.Role involves:

• Defining and driving the product roadmap for GTM tools.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.
• Translating business needs into product requirements and user stories.
• Leading the end-to-end product lifecycle.
• Optimizing workflows and integrations between GTM tools.
• Leveraging data and customer feedback for continuous improvements.
• Acting as the subject matter expert on Salesforce capabilities.
• Developing a strong understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools.

Requirements:

• 4-6 years of overall work experience.
• 2+ years as a Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Functional Consultant in Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of GTM strategies.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce.
• Proven ability to define, execute, and deliver successful product roadmaps.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to use data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in agile product development environments.
• Good understanding of task management systems, PSA tools, and discovery tools.
