Job Description
Airbyte is seeking a Solutions Architect to help customers implement and adopt its products. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to refine and enhance the onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences for enterprise customers. This role involves supporting sales and post-sales efforts, driving improved qualification, faster deal cycles, and higher levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

What This Role Involves:
  • Leading and executing customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
  • Guiding customers throughout their customer journey with hands-on support.
  • Working directly with clients’ technical teams to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
  • Collaborating with Airbyte’s technical support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues and deliver new features.
  • Collaborating with Sales to identify and drive potential growth opportunities with customers.
  • Acting as the internal source of truth for customer technical requirements, expectations, and needed functionalities.
  • Demonstrating the use and best practices of Airbyte’s offering to clients and at industry events.
  • Serving as a brand ambassador promoting the organization’s mission and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
  • 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure.
  • Working knowledge in Kubernetes and Terraform.
  • Ability to write and maintain code in at least two modern scripting languages or popular programming languages.
  • Proven track record of supporting products that directly impact business productivity.
  • Exceptional customer orientation with a focus on delivering seamless onboarding and ongoing technical success.
  • Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
