Job Description
Airbyte is seeking a Solutions Architect to help customers implement and adopt its products. The Solutions Architect will collaborate with Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering teams to refine and enhance the onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences for enterprise customers. This role involves supporting sales and post-sales efforts, driving improved qualification, faster deal cycles, and higher levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What This Role Involves:
- Leading and executing customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
- Guiding customers throughout their customer journey with hands-on support.
- Working directly with clients’ technical teams to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Collaborating with Airbyte’s technical support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues and deliver new features.
- Collaborating with Sales to identify and drive potential growth opportunities with customers.
- Acting as the internal source of truth for customer technical requirements, expectations, and needed functionalities.
- Demonstrating the use and best practices of Airbyte’s offering to clients and at industry events.
- Serving as a brand ambassador promoting the organization’s mission and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure.
- Working knowledge in Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Ability to write and maintain code in at least two modern scripting languages or popular programming languages.
- Proven track record of supporting products that directly impact business productivity.
- Exceptional customer orientation with a focus on delivering seamless onboarding and ongoing technical success.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
