Job Description
Airbyte is seeking a Solutions Architect to join their team. The Solutions Architect will play a crucial role in helping customers implement and adopt Airbyte's products, while also serving as their advocate within the company. This involves collaborating with various teams to refine and enhance the onboarding, implementation, and growth experiences for enterprise customers. The ideal candidate will drive improved qualification, faster deal cycles, and higher levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
What This Role Involves:
- Leading and executing customer technical projects, including the implementation and deployment of Airbyte solutions.
- Guiding customers throughout their customer journey with hands-on support.
- Working directly with clients’ technical teams to understand their needs and tailor solutions.
- Collaborating with Airbyte’s technical support, Product, and Engineering teams to address issues and deliver new features.
- Collaborating with Sales to identify and drive potential growth opportunities with customers.
- Acting as the internal source of truth for customer technical requirements, expectations, and needed functionalities.
- Demonstrating the use and best practices of Airbyte’s offering to clients and at industry events.
- Serving as a brand ambassador promoting the organization’s mission and fostering relationships with key stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in a customer facing technical role.
- 2+ years of experience in a startup environment, ideally in modern data infrastructure.
- Working knowledge in Kubernetes and Terraform.
- Ability to write and maintain code in at least two modern scripting languages or popular programming languages.
- Proven track record of supporting products that directly impact business productivity.
- Exceptional customer orientation with a focus on delivering seamless onboarding and ongoing technical success.
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills.
