Capco, a Wipro company, is seeking a Senior Consultant to join its Insurance team in Hong Kong. This role involves driving digital transformation within the financial services industry, specifically focusing on the insurance sector. The Senior Consultant will work in a fast-paced environment, delivering challenging projects across Capco's insurance practice.Role involves:

• Delivering end-to-end oversight for specific workstreams.
• Collaborating and developing forward-thinking solutions for insurance clients.
• Working on transformation projects and process improvement initiatives.
• Developing and executing digital transformation strategies.
• Supporting team lead in managing the full lifecycle of work.
• Synthesizing market and industry trends into client solutions.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in the Insurance Industry.
• 3+ years’ experience in digital transformation, agile transformation, or operational excellence.
• Strong understanding of the project lifecycle.
• Business analysis experience in insurance capability uplift.
• Experience working on large-scale program initiatives.
• Effective relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
