Capco Poland is seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join their team and contribute to an innovative platform focused on data and analytics for automated decision-making. The role involves designing and building scalable services, developing real-time data processing solutions, and collaborating with stakeholders to deliver tailored solutions. The candidate will work with various data sources, including databases, streaming data (Kafka, Solace queues), and APIs (REST/KONG), and contribute to both front-end and back-end development.

Role involves:

Requirements:

• 12+ years of experience in back-end software engineering with Java

• Experience in React or equivalent framework
• Hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
