Job Description
Gong is seeking a Senior Program Architect to join their Advisory Services team. This role involves acting as a strategic advisor to customers across their lifecycle, from pre-sales to post-sales. The Senior Program Architect will consult on RevOps best practices, operationalize go-to-market strategies, and drive adoption of Gong’s technologies. This is a billable consulting role with customer-facing project work.
Responsibilities include:
- Serving as a trusted advisor to customers on revenue operations strategy.
- Designing and facilitating executive-level workshops.
- Providing hands-on consultation to improve adoption and utilization of conversation intelligence.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align customer goals with platform capabilities.
- Translating complex business challenges into scalable solutions.
- Supporting pre-sales by scoping product solutions and crafting tailored recommendations.
- Creating and delivering executive-level deliverables.
- Enabling internal teams by sharing RevOps frameworks and best practices.
- Staying current on emerging RevOps trends and technologies.
Requirements include:
- 8+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, or similar customer-facing roles.
- Strong expertise in RevOps processes, metrics, and tech stack.
- Proven ability to advise B2B sales and marketing teams on operational strategies and technology adoption.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives.
- Background in or experience supporting SaaS companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced environments.
- Bachelor’s degree or relevant experience required.
- Willingness to travel to support key customer engagements.
