Intern, Legal Counsel

Job Description

Bitpanda is seeking an Intern to join its Legal Team in Vienna, Austria. The intern will support corporate development, regulatory compliance, and the establishment of new products and business models. This role offers hands-on experience in a dynamic fintech environment.Responsibilities:

• Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents.
• Assisting in regulatory matters and financial services regulation.
• Providing legal support on diverse topics.
• Conducting legal research and preparing risk assessments.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Requirements:

• A law degree from an Austrian, German, or Swiss university.
• Ideally completed some form of internship in an international law firm or in-house legal team.
• Strong interest in fintech, digital assets, and financial markets.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent in German and English.
